Browsing does not require an account. No analytics, advertising scripts, third-party favicon calls or automated email notifications are integrated. Paid checkout is disabled unless a dedicated payment integration is configured. Hosting providers may still process IP addresses and request metadata.
Search terms appear in URLs and may be recorded in hosting request logs. Do not enter confidential information into searches. Comparison choices are saved in your browser session storage.
When submissions are enabled, we store the contact email, submitted website information, review history and a hashed private access credential. Only the reviewed public tool fields are published. Contact emails, private credentials and internal review data are not part of the public catalogue.
If you choose paid checkout when it is available, Stripe processes the payment and billing details you provide on its hosted checkout. Veronica Hub stores the submission’s payment amount, currency, payment/session identifiers, payment and refund states, and verified provider event references. We do not collect or store card numbers. Private management tokens are not included in checkout URLs or payment metadata. Payment and refund information is not included in the public tool catalogue.
Save your submission ID and private management token securely. Anyone with those credentials can view and manage the application. Status requests use request bodies rather than exposing the token in a server URL. We do not recover or transfer an application merely because an email address matches.
External tools operate under their own privacy terms. Review those before uploading documents, personal data or credentials.
