A producer interview frames the remake as a chance to continue Claire's post-Raccoon City story and explore more of her character motivation, but exact scene changes remain undisclosed.

The original Code: Veronica remains useful context, but the remake is officially described as a reimagined storyline. This page avoids treating every original scene, puzzle, enemy or character beat as remake-confirmed.
